We have a newly created opportunity for a results-driven and passionate marketing professional to join a fast-growing company, and play a critical role in supporting growth, campaign launches and sales.
We are looking for a marketing manager to establish a strategic marketing plan to build on our company’s group of brands and assist in the development of new brands and products. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, increasing market share and managing social media platforms.
The candidate must possess strong commercial business acumen with a conviction to measure & analyse profitability as well as return on investment on all marketing initiatives implemented.
Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Contribute to the overall sales and marketing strategy in order to exceed our revenue budgets
- Manage digital marketing, websites & social media
- Coordinate and implement effective and engaging marketing projects and campaigns
- Analyse and interpret marketing campaign results
- Design and create graphics for POS documentation, display material and digital content
- Website administration including regularly updating and uploading content
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
- Provide marketing advice and support to the Sales Team
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
To be successful in this role, you are required to have the following:
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, media or communications or related discipline (essential)
- At least 3 years Marketing experience within a similar industry
- Strong commercial business acumen and ability to advise on current and new marketing trends and intitiatives
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proven experience in campaign coordination and planning
- Knowledge and understanding of SEO and ROI reporting methods
- Some experience with HTML and CSS (preferred, but not essential)
- Proven ability in graphic design
- Copywriting skills (preferred, but not essential)
- Time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership for delivery of all marketing projects and results.
- Creativity, and drive to produce innovative material
- Intermediate Adobe Creative Suite Skills
