Stanley Black and Decker have a opportunity for a passionate and dynamic professional to join the team as a Trade Marketing Manager, reporting to the SBU Marketing Lead - PPT.

About the Role…

As a key member of the Marketing Team, you will be working in conjunction with the respective product and sales teams to succeed the profitable growth of our Professional Power Tools business within the assigned account base.

Main responsibilities of the role include:

  • Developing an understanding of Key Customer Strategies and advancing marketing plans that are aligned
  • Work in conjunction with the Sales Team to develop customer specific programs and promotions
  • Collaborate on design and development of account specific merchandising
  • Track and review financial performances of promotional activities
  • Liaise with the Product Marketing teams to develop impactful and profitable open market promotions and programs
  • Provide regular updates on program performances to the business and communicate any areas of further development that may be crucial
  • Provide ownership of pricing and SGM for customer specific and open market promotions

About you…

An individual with a creative and hands on approach. Demonstrates strong work ethic, customer focus and well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. Provides capability to drive the business forward whilst under great demand to deliver immediate results. Highly skilled in developing and continually improving processes and efficiencies.

Furthermore, you will have:

  • A minimum 3 years proven track record of performance in marketing discipline
  • Results orientated approach that is numbers driven
  • Problem Solver, flexible and able to adapt to new ways of working
  • Creative vision to design commercially savvy promotions and plans
  • Confident, assertive and a clear communicator
  • Attention to detail and a prominent level of professionalism
