NFP seeking experienced Sales & Marketing professional to drive organisation profile, exposure and revenue.

Your new role
In your new role as the Sales and Marketing Executive you will help the organisation develop and grow their brand and profile to ultimately lead to an increase in revenue and sales. You will be responsible for ensuring the sustainability of the brand and marketing to sell their products and keep their members updated and informed. You will be required to develop marketing plans and sales strategies across the organisation including events, publications, e-learning and national projects. Reporting into the General Manager of Operations you will be required to conduct market analysis to prove return on investment and provide strategic advice as to how the organisational can grow the profile in a targeted and cost effective manner. You will bring innovative methods to your marketing and sale strategies and ensure all members are at the forefront of the vision.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have practical experience in a similar position, where you have generated outcomes and achieved business objectives, all whilst being sales oriented. You are an experienced marketing professional with demonstrated ability of producing an increase in brand exposure and greater revenue. You will be confident and competent when coming into an organisation in such a position and be able to analyse the environment and then identify what needs to be done in order to generate genuine results and the objectives of the business. You will be highly skilled and capable across all digital marketing platforms, as well as possess strong written and verbal communication abilities. You will be a true all-rounder who thrives in a diverse role. Experience in an industry association will be highly favourable.
