CRM/ Campaign Executive - immediate start!
 
Talent International is working with one of Australia's leading leisure brands, located here in Sydney and on the beautiful Gold Coast, they have experienced rapid growth and pride themselves in delivering a world-class customer experience.

Due to its continued growth, the company are looking to bring on an experience CRM Executive to help ensure the company remains number 1 in the market. This is a vital role in the company and will give you the opportunity to make a real impact within loyalty, retentions and marketing.
 
As CRM/ Campaign Executive you will be responsible for:

• Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company, encouraging customer retention and loyalty.
• Develop (email) marketing strategies to support lifecycle, onboarding, engagement and retention programs
• Manage email development through the creative process, collaborating with designers capturing feedback from stakeholders while adhering to strict deadlines
• Communicate email plans and successes internally to ensure coordination across channels
• Collaborate with design, product, and engineering to create a streamlined and consistent brand feel across all emails
