Kleinfelder Australia is an environmental consulting firm providing professional and technical services for land contamination and remediation, environmental planning and approvals, ecology, flora and fauna, spotter catcher services, land rehabilitation, bushfire planning and design.

As our success and growth continues across Australia, an opportunity has arisen for a motivated marketing professional to join our team. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work on a range of marketing and business development initiatives to help support our growth strategy.

The Role

The role will involve using your marketing skills and knowledge to support our business development team and the implementation of our marketing strategies:

• Coordinate regular updates to the Kleinfelder Australia website
• Maintain social media and digital media platforms to ensure coordination and consistency of marketing messages
• Coordinate production of all external marketing collateral materials in partnership with technical staff, external media and design consultants and Kleinfelder’s US-based marketing team.
• Provide marketing, design and production support for proposals, tender documents, presentations and other marketing materials in line with Kleinfelder’s style guidelines
• Coordinate key marketing events such as conferences and industry forums

Note this role can be performed from any of our offices in Mackay, Melbourne, Adelaide or Newcastle

About you

We are seeking a talented and experienced marketing support professional who wants to advance their career with a global environmental consultancy. Ideally you will bring:

• a degree in communications or marketing;
• 3-5 years of related professional experience in marketing support (within a consultancy would be an advantage);
• a commitment to producing work of an exceptional standard;
• experience of working across social media sites and other digital platforms;
• effective written and spoken communication skills and the aptitude to confidently liaise with project teams, business development professionals and other stakeholders;
• the drive and commitment to succeed and to be a strong contributor to the growth and success of Kleinfelder in Australia
