Montlaur are soon to embark on the revitalisation of our brand & the development of a new go to market strategy. For the right person, this is the opportunity to get on-board that movement & help shape the future success of our rapidly growing business.
This role will support the Director of Brand & Submissions (in Melbourne) & the wider team across our interstate offices. You'll be busy from day one doing things like:
- Coordinate & develop all written (some graphic) content for tender submissions, capability statements etc.
- Develop & maintain general marketing material including video content (interviews, case studies, testimonials & brand videos), promotional flyers, staff CV's & photo reference library.
- Content creation for internal comms & external (eDM & website).
- Ownership of our social media platforms & media publications.
- Managing the print production process with external suppliers to ensure cost effectiveness & timeliness.
- Being a general all-rounder, helping out with whatever needs to be done to make our business hum. Including establishing & maintaining our project & client databases.
Looking ahead, you'll provide input to assist with the development of future marketing strategy, to ensure the Montlaur brand never stands still.
At the core, you're a storyteller with a knack for designing compelling visuals. So you'll need to be well versed in both digital & traditional mediums & your business writing skills will be second to none. This is a busy & challenging role with loads of variety, so your 'can do' attitude is essential to our team's success. You'll also need:
- Strong writing, content production, proofreading & editing experience & the ability to adjust writing styles for a wide range of vehicles.
- Understand the big picture, whilst having laser-like attention to detail.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint). Experience with Adobe (InDesign & PhotoShop) desirable.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously & work calmly under pressure to deliver to challenging deadlines.
- A few years' experience in a marketing/communications role. Brownie points if it's within a professional services environment or the property & construction industry.
- Confidence to coordinate input from the leadership team & senior staff.
