Our Direct Marketing Manager is integral to developing and driving our customer communication strategy throughout the organisation. Reporting to TIO's Head of Brand, Marketing & Communications, the successful candidate will work with the broader team to develop strategies and programs to grow market share, build customer loyalty and enhance our reputation.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing and strategic communications based on customer insights and data
- Passion to build on TIO's reputation as the knowledge centre for insurance in the Territory
- Capable of developing Territory-centric promotions
- A strong focus on quality and outcomes
- Experience in working with external suppliers and agencies
- Excellent communication skills and relationship building skills
- Strong initiative and problem solving abilities combined with a solid business acumen
- Capable of quickly developing industry knowledge and best practice
- Understanding of Federal and Territory legislative compliance and governance
