Your new role
You will join a small but dynamic Marketing team focusing on their digital output.
You will:-
- Ensure all online content is accurate and consistent with the brand and image, enhancing the organisation’s reputation and engagement with stakeholders including some work involving InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator
- Contribute to the development of public facing website to a high standard including accessibility, responsiveness and crowd-browser compatibility
- Administer, edit and upload content across the website and SharePoint on a day to day basis
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the SharePoint site by having some general knowledge of this platform to create workflows and content areas
- Contribute to effective communications across the website and SharePoint platforms in support of the organisation's strategic objectives and corporate plan
- Ensure digital publishing projects position the organisation effectively to meet objectives and information needs of the target audience
- Contribute to the development and implementation of a digital strategy as part of the organisation wide Communications Plan, including social media platforms, websites and e-marketing tools.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and maintain a digital image library, as well as produce and maintain a content production plan to compliment and maximise the potential of this library
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:-
- Strong working knowledge of website development, management and maintenance using HTML, CSS and CMS editing abilities.
- Proven experience in website design, management, maintenance and online user experience, along with up to date website technologies and hosting
- Proven knowledge and application of SEO best practice and web traffic metrics.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Dreamweaver
- Possession of advanced written communication skills and strong website copy writing skills
