Essential Responsibilities:

• Develops annual marketing plan and event calendar which details activities to meet the organizational objectives
• Develops and creates effective communication tools for internal and external communication
• Is responsible for communication to all stakeholders (internal, external) in various media such as online, print, advertising, etc.
• Achieves frequent positive media coverage and places advertisement in industry specific publications/magazines
• Plans, and overseas all online activities. Creates strategies to improve traffic in online media (quantities and quality) of visitors, userb experience, profiling of visitors, etc
• Plans, oversees and manages all aspects of advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media and direct mailings
• Oversees development and production of promotional and collateral materials. Works collaboratively with other departments to identify effective material.
• Ensures marketing benefits of sponsorships are received with maximum brand exposure
