Your new role:
Responsibilities include:
- Drive member and employer engagement through integrated marketing communications and campaigns
- Coordinate and manage events
- Measure performance of marketing communications
- Execute the group’s marketing strategy plan, aligned to the company’s mission, vision and values, and in accordance with the budget
- Manage social media channels and digital assets such as the website
- Liaise with business unit managers to ensure activities are aligned at a group-level with clear objectives
- Work autonomously to develop and implement content across all platforms.
What you will need to succeed:
- Tertiary qualification with excellent results.
- Experience in a similar role is not essential, however, will be highly regarded.
- Understanding of CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools to execute targeted and integrated communications
- Ability to map customer experience journeys and nurturing campaigns
- Proficient understanding of Wordpress
- Manage sponsorship agreements & relationships
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office products (specifically, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint) as well as Adobe Creative Suite programs (specifically Indesign, Photoshop)
- An exceptional understanding of social media platforms, including Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Google+, and YouTube.
- Strong analytical grasp and understanding of media metrics (eg: Google Analytics)
- Strong attention to detail
- Hardworking and solutions focussed.
- Proven communication skills both written and verbal English (essential) and ability to drive coordinated activities with business unit managers
- You will be immaculately and professionally presented.
- You must have full working rights in Australia.
