The Role:

A reputable Property Developer are looking for a Marketing & Sales Coordinator to join their growing firm. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company and provide input to aid in business growth and success.

Duties will include:

Marketing: 

• Responsible for the planning, strategy, implementation and management of residential (and from time to time other sector) project marketing and sales campaigns.
• Act as point of contact and manage our appointed project Creative Agency and extended team.
• Responsible for strict adherence with project marketing and advertising budgets
• Corporate social media management and engagement

Sales Administration and Communications: 

• Assist in seeking, vetting and negotiating proposals and engagements.
• Validation of monthly invoices for Accounts Payable.
• Assist in seeking, vetting and negotiating Sales & Leasing Agency (Retail and Wholesale) Agreements
• Reviewing sales agency documents and other minor legal drafting
• Arrange approval and execution of Contracts of Sale

Skills and experience:

• 4 years experience in a similar role  
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong skills in market research and analytics
• Experience using Adobe creative suite, particularly InDesign
• Sound understanding of the “off the plan” sales process and compliance requirements
• Sound understanding of the project completion/ settlement process and compliance requirements
• Experience with Chinese marketing and advertising a benefit
• Chinese language not required, but of benefit if Cantonese or Mandarin speaking
