As an Operations Events Coordinator, you will be managing the day to day activities, events, finances and logistical aspects. This position reports to the Programming Manager.

• This role is based in the Eastern suburbs, parking available
• Hourly rate of up to $57ph + super
• 5-month contract

Key Accountabilities:

• Operational duties including but not limited to – financial administration, preparing & documenting risk assessments, coordinating deliveries, equipment installation, maintenance schedules and ensuring opening & closing procedures are met.
• Management & coordination of casual staff.
• Organising materials, furniture, food & office supplies.
• End-to-end event coordination.
• Supporting the Programming Manager with organisation of calender of events.

This is a great opportunity for an Events Coordinator to gain experience within the education sector.

• Outstanding written & verbal communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management & engagement.
• Demonstrated experience working with a high level of autonomy.
• Strong project management experience.
• Knowledge of health & safety responsibilities.

Essential Requirements:

• Relevant Tertiary qualification/demonstrated experience.
• Drivers Licence.
