Digital Marketing Coordinator

Full time - Fixed Term 12 months

Box Hill Location

 

Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will be a key member of the Marketing and Fundraising team supporting members and volunteers to be effective in their responses to those experiencing disadvantage in our communities. 

This is an opportunity to use your digital marketing expertise to strengthen our brand presence in the market, through the creation of high quality multi-channel digital marketing campaigns and content.

We are looking for someone who can work confidently and autonomously to be a creative custodian for our brand.

 

Key accountabilities include:

  • Support the development of a highly targeted and effective digital marketing strategy for Victoria on an annual basis
  • Create and manage engaging content across the Society’s social media channels
  • Provide an exceptional level of customer service to our online communities, to assist with navigating our services and incoming feedback
  • Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a regular flow of content, customer service enquiries and issues management for digital marketing activities  
  • Provide national representation for Victoria on national digital marketing committees, including managing the flow of Victorian content and messaging to national social media channels
  • Provide internal education, training and counsel on digital marketing matters across multiple departments
  • Manage budgets and performance reporting for digital marketing activity, with regular reporting to line manager as required

You are a proactive ‘hands on’ team player who thrives on delivering outstanding work and contributing to a positive team culture. Regarded as having exceptional experience in and knowledge of digital marketing strategies, you will actively engage with our key audiences to design and guide campaigns for optimal impact.

 

More specifically you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in creating and managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and managing content across multiple platforms including web, social media and email direct marketing
  • Experience in digital marketing platforms including Facebook, Instagram and Campaign Monitor
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suites (basic graphic design and copy writing skills are essential)
  • A creative flair with an ability to conceptualise ideas and make recommendations
  • Excellent stakeholder and project management skills
  • Outstanding time management skills
