As the Team Leader for the Digital Project Management team you will oversee a smart bunch of online market research specialists. Priding themselves with providing the best client experience the team employ people that their clients and internal stakeholders want to work with. You are able engage and drive change. You will have an open minded, proactive and flexible approach and will be able to think on your feet. You will allocate resources and ensuring that budgets are met. As well as leading the team you will also take hands on responsibility for leading several core clients and so prior experience in online project management is a must.

Required ingredients for success:

·           A natural ability to connect with people – both colleagues and client

·           Excellent communication skills

·           4+ yeas in Online Market Research / Mobile research

·           Proven experience in client service and project management

·           A passion for technology and working with new products

·           Team spirit and leadership potential
