About the business
Nectar Creative Communications is an event management agency known for having experience, flexibility and most importantly the ability to partner with our clients to deliver the best outcome for the desired budget.
We offer bespoke event planning and program design services to suit our clients requirements including researching and curating a great program that meets messaging objectives and gets results.
About the role
You will be responsible for researching and producing programs for approximately 8 seminars and 2 conferences a year. A role for an exceptional strategic thinker and multi-tasker, you will be involved with setting the program direction and theme, developing session formats and sourcing drawcard and specialist speakers for each program. Our approach is to partner with our clients to ensure maximum audience engagement throughout the outcome focussed program.
While you are not responsible for the event logistics or budget, consideration and collaboration with the operations team is a must to ensure the successful delivery of every program.

Skills and experience
The perfect candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
- Minimum three years experience in a similar role (mandatory)
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Project management experience
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Deadline orientated
- Marketing and copywriting experience
