Trayne Consulting is currently recruiting for a Digital Media & Performance Specialist to join our Client’s dynamic and highly energetic business based in Manly.
Our Client is the fastest growing niche business in the health and weight loss space created just for mums that has recently expanded into the UK market and continuing to grow at a rapid pace.
Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, we are looking for a creative and innovative Digital Media Specialist to drive the social media platforms to achieve the Companies goals which is all about Client first and inspiring others to achieve their dreams. As a content, commerce and community business it relies solely on its follower to reach their goals.
Our client currently has a strong digital footprint and social media presence with a following of over 1.5 million across FB pages, FB groups, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter and Snapchat.
This rapidly growing company are now ready for the next chapter of their journey and you will be an integral component whist you drive their social media in order to continue achieving all their business goals.
The key duties of the role are as listed, but not limited to:
- Implement all customer acquisition campaigns across digital platforms
- Work across all business asset including their 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge and its products
- Implement acquisition campaigns across Facebook and Google
- Measure and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns across paid social, SEM, programmatic and display, and assess against business goals
- Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across various channels
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have the following proven key attributes:
- Previous experience in a similar role where you have personally been hands on working with all aspects of Social Media
- Have extensive experience using all Facebook and Google advertising tools including acquisition experience highly desirable
- Must be analytical, constantly assessing campaigns, and updating to ensure maximum results
- Experience managing a budget and staying within budget
- Strong computer skills with Photoshop
- Ability to work autonomously within a fast paced team environment
- Be innovative, creative yet well organised, have the ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines whilst being quick to learn
- Have a passion for achieving results and be able to demonstrate previous success in doing so
- MOST IMPORTANTLY – you must have a passion and desire to make a difference along with a genuine interest in health, food or fitness.
