So, what will my role in the team be?
Day one – From the beginning you will play a hugely valuable role in delivering quantitative insights to your clients. You will attend client briefings, assist with proposal writing, design research questionnaires, manage fieldwork data collection, write engaging reports and start presenting results to clients.
After day one – As you continue to develop and achieve, you will be given increased autonomy managing key client accounts. Once you understand in depth the commercial needs of your clients you will be able to recommend business strategy based on your research findings – presenting results and helping run client workshops.
So, what do I need to apply?
- A strong understanding of the fundamentals of market research gained in a commercial research setting (think at least 2 years)
- Excellent quantitative analysis skills and confidence using Q or SPSS
- Passion, enthusiasm and a hunger to learn
- An independent thinker and self-starter
- A team and clients focus
