At the top of their game they are doing phenomenally well and with growth comes opportunity. This particular opportunity is for a Senior Consumer Insights Manger who is brilliant with brands.

Working at a deeper level with their clients than most, this agency fully understands the blocks that build brands. Appreciating the intricacies of the consumer mind when it comes to motivations, emotions and behaviours no stone is left unturned. A well-oiled machine that see's it's qualitative and quantitative teams work as one they are specialist within brand and communications development, NPD, innovation, segmentation, consumer choice and growth strategies.

As an Senior Insights Manager within the Quant team you will play a senior role on projects, engaging with clients to provide a truly consultative service. From proposal to presentation you will add value at each step. With impeccable communications skills, key to your success will be a first class quantitative market research tool kit and proven experience of working on quantitative brand research. You will help develop and mentor the juniors, delegating tasks and providing on the job training and coaching. You will help lead methodological design of studies seeing them through to data interrogation and clients storytelling.

The work the team does is broad and encompasses market understanding, brand narratives and customer experience activation, retail and category growth strategy, brand architecture and portfolio planning, innovation, brand receptivity, concept optimisation brand, communications and media effectiveness, New Media across digital, social and branded content and customer journeys.
