We have an outstanding opportunity to coordinate the training programs within this successful organisation! 


This role ideally suits an individual with high volume events management experience, preferably in the 5 Star hospitality industry!  You are used to running multiple events at the one time whilst dealing with clients demanding only the best for their function!  This includes the ability to negotiate fee for service.

 

This is a busy and challenging role where you will coordinate, book and confirm Trainers, course set up and manage all activities and resources in relation to the training.  You will be a highly organised individual who has proven ability managing high volume projects or events and dealing with multiple clients at the same time.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate training and resources including book and confirm trainers, dates, venues
  • Quality monitoring of trainers and ensure trainer is appropriate for course
  • Set up of course information within the database
  • Generate invoices
  • Book travel and accommodation
  • Assist with design, formatting and proofing of courseware plus pack and ship training material
  • Complaints resolution and problem solving
  • Maintain key relationships with clients
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks

To be successful for this role you must have:

  • Experience in scheduling, managing staff timetables or similar
  • Experience in high volume Events Management including negotiating fee for service and running events for clients within 5 star hospitality experience preferred
  • Extremely organised!
  • Accurate typing and Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Word & Excel
  • Strong problem solving ability and use of initiative
  • Corporate presentation
  • Team player attitude
