Who are we?

APT Travel Group is a family owned, independently operated business that is based in Cheltenham. We have about 700 team members (season dependent) spread over 8 countries. We are made up of an extensive portfolio of luxury touring and cruising brands

As we enter our 10th decade, our guests continue to be at the heart of everything we do, and with this in mind, the ATG Marketing team continue to evolve and innovate. This is where your new role as CRM & Loyalty Manager comes in.

 

A bit more about the role and what you’ll be doing? 

Our marketing mission is clear, and this is to understand and improve the touchpoints of their entire customer journey; adopt personalisation and deeper customer analysis, to ensure our marketing messages are put at the forefront of delivery of these messages and experiences.

In a nutshell, your new role will be responsible for our loyalty, CRM strategies, and customer journey communications programs to deliver greater CLV through the ongoing development and evolution of both APT and Travelmarvel’s loyalty programs.

 

Who would this role suit?

It’s likely that this role is probably going to suit someone with about 4-6 years’ work experience (ideally managing a small team)  in a role that’s been responsible for strategizing and implementing customer loyalty marketing and CRM strategies, programs, and solutions.  We’re not going to give you the usual laundry list of requirements, however, these three things are essential for someone to be considered for this

  • To reiterate, we need someone with about 4-6 years’ work experience in a role that’s been responsible for strategizing and implementing customer loyalty and CRM strategies, programs, and solutions.  Ideally, this experience will have been gained where customers are making high value/highly involved in buying decisions.
  • We will be interested  in your experience of customer journey mapping and communications
  • Naturally, data is your best friend, you’ll be evangelical in the analysis and use of customer data to help increase customer engagement loyalty and spend. Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience will be highly regarded.
