The Business
 
Our client is a leader in the financial services industry andhas an exciting newly created role on offer! This role sits in a tight knit and passionate marketing team and will be working across both the B2C and B2B arms of the business. The role reports to the marketing manager, but will work closely with various stakeholders in developing communications.
The business sits in the heart of the CBD and has a great office culture with regular social activities, a CEO that sits on the floor and a team that is passionate about marketing.
 
Responsibilities
 
  • Developing both B2B and B2C communications across all channels, in the form of EDMs, templates, newsletters, handouts, presentations, etc.
  • Collaborating with the team in developing a strategic communications plan
  • Increase engagement and retention across the customer base
  • Reviewing and optimising on communications initiatives
  • Designing templates, flyers, handouts, etc. using the Adobe Suite
 
Experience/Skills
 
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or communications
  • 3-6 years of communications or marketing experience with a focus on communications
  • Experience within financial services is preferrable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Some graphic design skills using the Adobe Suite
