We are on the road to disrupting the traditional retail model and are seeking a hungry, energetic and creative marketing coordinator who wants to come along for the ride.

About the role

Working directly with the founders and head of marketing, you will be assisting in all aspects of our digital multi-channel marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and retention. You will need to be able to juggle a variety of projects concurrently, and see that all are executed with the utmost attention to detail.

Some of what you'll be doing:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, push, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
  • Developing and optimising a best-in-class CRM program
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Work with agencies and other partners
  • Assisting general marketing operations
  • Tasting wine. LOTS of WINE

Now, down to business. You should be able to:

  • Understand how to implement and use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Understand and implement a mobile first strategy
  • Have strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Track and optimise user funnels across all channels
  • Respond to pressure around KPIs: We all have our targets, let's exceed them.
