Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced permanent full time Communications and Public Relations Specialist to join the brand and Communications Group, based in Gladstone.
The purpose of this position is to ensure the Gladstone Regional Council maintains a positive reputation and connection within the community and beyond and is visibly aligned with and demonstrates its vision to connect, innovate and diversify.
About you
- Degree in Public Relations, Communications (or a related discipline) with relevant experience and expertise to perform the responsibilities of the role.
- Advanced writing skills and experience producing communication and marketing collateral.
- High level skills and experience in community engagement planning and the provision of advice.
- Legally able to drive a motor vehicle in Queensland.
