The Role
Working under the direction of the Client Experience Manager, this is a relationship driven role for a professional who can help drive and implement our Client Experience Improvement Program for the Australia and New Zealand business on a 12 month fixed term contract. The role can be based in Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney.
With a good program established – we want to take it to the next level and continue to embed a consistently great client-culture across the AECOM business.
Responsibilities:
The Client Experience Advisor is responsible for:
- Supporting the Client Experience Manager in the delivery of the client experience programme
- Developing strong relationships and working across the business with key stakeholders to deliver projects to improve our client service
- The coordination and delivery of our Client Engagement learning and development project
- The coordination and delivery of projects to enhance our existing key client relationship program (CAM)
- Providing analysis and reporting on our Voice of Client program data
- Supporting the Client Experience Manager to identify trends in client insights to drive prioritisation of organisation wide changes to process, systems and governance
- Understanding our clients’ needs deeply to ensure our client experience delivery is addressing their points of pain or areas of opportunity for AECOM to differentiate
- Be the advocate for our clients voice throughout the business
About You
You will have 4+ years' experience in business operations, marketing, HR and/or change management and formal qualifications to back-up your areas of expertise. You’re passionate about client experience, with an ability to engage in client conversations and build relationships over the phone & face to face. As a proven problem solver, you anticipate and address issues and actively contribute to business management solutions. Your can-do proactive attitude will help you find opportunities to go above and beyond for our clients
