Our client is a leading Property Developer with a successful track record of delivering the highest quality, high profile and large scale developments across Melbourne. We are currently seeking an experienced marketing professional to join their large marketing team, reporting into the Project Marketing Manager and working across several flagship developments.
  
In this role you will assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, coordinate with key internal and external stakeholders, liaise with media, agencies, market research firms, PR companies and suppliers, manage marketing budgets, coordinate marketing campaigns including digital and print, prepare marketing briefs, campaign management, market research, coordinate project launches and events and more.
  
You’ll need the following skills and experience to apply:

• Minimum of 2 - 3 years marketing experience in Residential Property Development preferred
• Otherwise marketing experience in an agency environment, either creative agency or property agency or in non-Residential property
• Property experience is an essential requirement
• A degree or diploma in Marketing, PR, Communications or similar
• Excellent and exceptional verbal and written communication
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and address competing priorities
• Strong skills in Microsoft Suite and Indesign and Photoshop
• Strong stakeholder management
• Experience in digital and print media and social media platforms
