About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager the design and digital content coordinator will have the opportunity to produce creative and engaging digital content through website, intranet, advertising, electronic newsletters, banners, social media and other digital media.
  
Responsibilities

• Use the Adobe Creative Suite to design and produce online graphics and banners for marketing campaigns.
• Create cutting edge design for both print and digital channels. For example, website, intranet, advertising, electronic newsletters, banners, social media and other digital media as required.
• Design and produce print collateral, e.g. publications, advertising, internal communications, presentations and other print material as required
• Collaborate with team members to innovate new creative concepts and designs to meet briefs and organisational objectives.
• Design content for different e.g. website, intranet, advertising, electronic newsletters,
• Maintain the organisations style guide.
• Produce high quality and engaging film, digital video and online video content for social media such as their website, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram platforms.
• Create videography and photography using an array of associated software such as Premier Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro etc.
• Coordinate event and on-site filming.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to write creative and original content for digital channels and scripts for video.
• Participate in planning and the strategising of marketing campaign execution including content, scheduling, platform selection and data measurements.

Requirements

• Degree in Communications, Visual Communications, Graphic Design or related field.
• Track record of experience in a similar digital focused role.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects, etc.
• Proficiency in video filming and DSLR camera or equipment use.
• Possess strong attention to detail and organisational skills, including, task prioritisation, time management and multi tasking.
• Excellent interpersonal communication
• Ability to make decisions and judgement in a sound manner.
• Can work both autonomously and within a team environment.
• Possess an eagerness to learn and assist with all aspects of digital and content creation.
• Sound ability to build relationships and demonstrate positive attitude and initiative.
