The Investment Collective is a rapidly growing financial services firm, with clients throughout Australia. This is an important full-time role focused on the management of personal and B2B client interfaces. It includes taking responsibility for:
- Client review scheduling
- Distribution of reports
- The production of hard copy and electronic communications and website content
- Distribution of marketing material.
- Roll-out of ACT! CRM software, and integration across the firm.
Reporting to General Manager - Clients and Insights, there are four key elements to the role:
- Being very organised
- Attention to detail
- Being able to teach others.
- Taking responsibility for your own work, and that which you have delegated.
Based in Rockhampton, this is not a role for a learner. You must have a firm grasp of ACT! (or equivalent) software, and be able to teach its use throughout the firm. You must be well experienced in the production and dissemination of detailed communications material and extremely proficient in using programs like Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Publisher and others. You must have an excellent grasp of English and be able to proof-read to a standard where you are able to not only eliminate errors, but set the tone for communication materials. Some travel will be involved and you must be in a position to make your work a priority.
Being able to understand and review data is essential, but you do not have to have experience in financial services. Experience in a technical environment - manufacturing, engineering or law for example - is likely to be just as relevant. You might even be a technical person made redundant or looking for a change.
