About the role

Your role as the Senior Manager, Campaign Management, will be responsible for the overall strategy, development, execution and optimisation of local integrated marketing campaigns for NCM, C4L and Accountant segments, and managing a team of campaign managers. You will be responsible for determining and developing the campaign, including strategy, messaging and marketing mix, along with all the components of the campaign and supporting programs that will generate pipeline to land, nurture, close new business and expand opportunities within existing accounts.

What you would be doing

Develop the annual campaign plan across NCM, C4L and Accountant segments, define the strategy, build the messages and outline the programs required to obtain the goals you determine need to be met to drive the business forward.

  • Spearhead motion for Marketing inbound driven pipeline - across all Marketing tactics - website, paid digital, search, organic and more.
  • Align metrics and results tied to agreed pipeline creation goals between sales and marketing.
  • Manage and mentor campaign managers and ensure strategy, plan and execution continuity across all local Campaigns.
  • Work directly with sales, and product marketing to ensure the campaign plan directly supports marketing and sales goals, and the needs of these internal customers.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and sales to write marketing messages that help support the product line messaging to the audience segments your campaign targets. Iterate and refine those messages for specific industry audiences, for and with our alliance partners and to our existing customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to develop methodology for applied analytics to predict next best message to be developed in your campaign. Help determine campaign sphere of influence, goals, objectives and KPI’s based on the audience segmentation.
  • Outline the program including all elements of the digital channels and mix, content plan, global campaign calendar and required budget and resources required to launch the campaign.
  • Consistently communicate and collaborate with the sales to obtain feedback on programs and determine next best plan based on that feedback.
  • Align with the corporate communications and social marketing colleagues to time campaigns appropriately for a stronger go to market launch.
  • Plan, develop, and deploy global awareness and demand generation programs for all stages of the marketing cycle – thought leadership, education, preference, and purchase.
  • Work with Global Campaign Managers, Product Marketing and local key stakeholders to develop campaign concepts, messaging, and campaign deliverables for the campaign and supporting programs.
  • Regularly update key stakeholders on campaign plans, program deliverables and schedules.

Who we’re looking for

  • Highly results-driven, customer-centric, collaborative, and experienced campaigns professional, and able to work with people at all levels
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing with strong emphasis on mid-market demand creation in Australia, with a successful track record of working with a cloud or SaaS based company
  • Proven competence in marketing and communications, including brand building, taking a set of core messages and transforming them to a form suitable for a wide variety of audiences, selecting which media to use, press and PR, direct marketing, digital marketing, social media, database marketing, campaign creation, execution, and monitoring.
  • Strong understanding of trends in digital marketing, webinar marketing and social media and how to leverage these channels most effectively to reach target audience
  • Strong scribbling skills, with the ability to write in an engaging & authentic style, putting information into our brand voice while remaining faithful to the facts and thorough in your approach
  • Ability to develop and maintain ongoing data quality and lead hygiene processes, in order to track campaign effectiveness and return of Marketing investment
  • Experience with executing campaigns with marketing automation software such as Eloqua/Pardot or similar software
  • Understanding of and familiarity with running effective webinars using technology such as Webex, ON24, GoToWebinar etc.
  • Experienced with leading, managing and motivating a team
