An exciting opportunity has been made available for an experienced Marketing professional to join this impressive Architecture practice. 
 
Overseeing the marketing and submissions, the successful candidate must have exceptional leadership qualities with the ability and experience to collaborate ideas and solutions for new and ongoing marketing material, offering continued suggestions. This is a varied and busy role and will require someone with the ability to prioritise and work well under pressure.

To be successful in this role you will possess:

• Experience in the Architecture or Construction & Property industry
• Prior experience in a similar marketing focused role
• Extensive experience using the entire Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong attention to detail
• Outstanding written & verbal communication skills
• Superior time management with the ability to get the job done under pressure.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Coordinate marketing business plan
• Develop and implement social media and digital media strategies
• Website maintenance
• Internal communications such as newsletters and intranet development
• Client networking and PR
• Database management
• Marketing analysis
• Bid Coordination and graphics
• Managing Bid Coordinator and Marketing Coordinator
• All ad hoc administration
