As a Product Specialist, you will:

Be responsible for supporting the delivery of LeasePlan’s product strategy by driving improvement initiatives for the existing product suite, while simultaneously delivering new and innovative products and services.
 
What will your day look like?

You will need to love:

• Multi-tasking! You will be implementing various products and service centred initiatives simultaneously
• Collaborating: changing current products and developing new ones will require a lot of communication, coordination and input from many teams across the business
• Being curious, pro-active and creative. You will need to constantly look for opportunities to improve the customer experience and research industry best practices, trends, new products and service offerings
• Project managing. Planning, organizing, communicating, training, and more! These will be essential to deliver your initiatives successfully.

What we are looking for?

We are looking for someone with heaps of energy and drive. You will need to:

• Be passionate, organised and show lots of initiative 
• Have previous experience in designing, implementing and adjusting bespoke customer-oriented go to market solutions
• Have experience in contributing to change management initiatives or project deliverables in a business environment
• Have solid business acumen and commercial awareness
• Have strong stakeholder management and communication skills
