Priceline, Australia’s leading beauty, health and wellbeing retailer is looking for an experienced and energetic EDM Manager to join the Digital Marketing team at our support office in Camberwell. Please note: this will be a contract role for a period of 9 months.
The successful candidate will work within the Digital Marketing team to develop a clear, differentiated position in the market for our brands, which is supported by a communication and engagement program to deliver customer traffic and resultant sales volume. The purpose for the EDM Manager role is to develop and implement EDM campaigns to optimise customer experience, drive traffic and increase sales.
Key areas of responsibility (including but not limited to):
- Deliver EDM Campaigns on time, brief and budget
- Drive customer engagement and grow traffic
- Undertake pre and post analysis in order to maximise ROI.
- Work closely with Digital Marketing Channel Manager and CRM analyst to ensure full optimisation of EDM’s
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders
Our ideal candidate will possess the following key attributes/experience:
- Marketing degree or equivalent Business degree
- Experience using EDM platforms such as Exact Target preferred, but not essential
- 2 or more years’ experience in a similar digital marketing role
- Proven track record of delivering successful online marketing campaigns that have resulted in tangible business results
- Demonstrated experience using online metrics tools
- Strong understanding of Customer lifecycle and demonstrated ability to run successful acquisition campaigns
- Experience in liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must demonstrate commercial acumen, entrepreneurial flair and be results focussed
- Passionate about the digital space
