Our vision is to create an equitable construction industry where women fully participate and where we support women be who they want to be in construction.

As a truly national organisation with Chapters in every state and territory of Australia, NAWIC offers members and our partners an opportunity to expand personal and business networks, maintain awareness of industry developments, improve skills and knowledge, and make a contribution to other women in the construction industry.
