General Motors Financial is expanding into Australia with headquarters based in Melbourne. To support the launch of new operations in APAC, we are looking for a highly experienced Marketing Guru to become a foundation member of our exciting new operations in Australia.

About the role...
The Marketing Manager will be primarily responsible for promoting GM Financial’s products and the GM Holden brand in order to elicit consumer interest while maintaining General Motors core brand values and corporate identity requirements.
Reporting to the National Manager – Sales, this is a career defining role where your core focus will be to develop marketing strategies, tactics and initiatives that promote GM Financial Products and drive consumer enquiry to the GM Dealer Network.
In this fast paced, managerial role you will hold key responsibility for supporting the establishment the General Motors Finance brand within the Australian market.
About you...
You will have a proven track record in your ability to develop and execute brand strategy, develop and deploy successful product promotions and consumer loyalty campaigns.
Knowledge of how to design and deploy successful tactical campaigns within the social and digital media environment is essential.
Your ability to work collaboratively and creatively with multiple stakeholders across the business landscape will foster your success.
The following skills and experience are also required...
- Successful deployment of marketing initiatives within the automotive and finance area
- Experience in promoting a range of products and services to new and existing customers
- Strong track record of using digital and social media to create brand awareness
- High energy levels – a self-starter with the ability to operate autonomously
