The Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager, Software Marketing, we?re seeking a highly innovative, self-motivated Marketing Manager to lead, develop and implement marketing initiatives to our newly formed Enterprise Solutions function.
This role will be responsible for developing detailed marketing plans which include key messaging, product positioning, USP?s and target markets.  You will understand market drivers & conditions to create and implement strategy and positioning, to be successful in addressing key challenges and opportunities that our customers experience.


Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end to end solution marketing campaigns with an overall Solutions Marketing Plan
  • Collaborate with partners and regional teams on creating joint solutions and sales plans, developing relevant marketing material to support these
  • Plan and execute content creation, including white papers
  • Measure and manage marketing and GTM effectiveness through campaign metrics and analysis, developing and delivering against targets and ROI

About You

The successful candidate will have previous experience in marketing management in the B2B services industry, and demonstrated experience developing and managing PR, marketing programs, a thorough understanding of sales and business development processes and lead generation activities. You will have the ability to engage and develop relationships with sales teams and senior executives and derive insights from qualitative and quantitative data sources and develop recommendations that inform decision making.

  • Relevant Marketing, or business qualifications
  • Strong experience in developing strategies to create innovative markets
  • Experience in Solutions Marketing in any of Automation, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Workflow, ECM or Intelligent Capture
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in a large complex organisation would be an advantage
