Our Team

Our specialised team within Ipsos implements and manages customer experience programs and software solutions that enable organisations to capture customer feedback, understand it and make it available in real time reporting. As part of our team you will play a valuable role in improving the experience customers have in dealing with leading organisations. You will work closely with our clients to understand their requirements, develop and communicate specifications to deliver best practice and liaise with our technology solutions team who implement and support our real-time customer feedback and reporting solutions.  The role also incorporates bespoke market research projects across a range of sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and experienced research professional to play a crucial role by managing client requirements across all aspects including project planning, execution, testing and insights. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to agreed specifications. You will also proactively communicate with external clients and stakeholders to ensure delivery to client requirements.

 

Skills and Experience

  • Have approximately 5+ market research experience, ideally in a research agency, with hands on quantitative project management, data analysis/insight generation and quality research presentation preparation.
  • Voice of the customer research experience using real time technology platforms would be viewed favourably
  • While being obsessed with the accuracy and detail that are crucial to delivery, you can do this in the context of understanding the bigger picture and have the ability to see things through both the client and customer lens
  • You will have excellent written and oral communication skills and will keep everyone informed and up-to-date
  • Effective at multi-tasking and able to manage time, cost and quality to achieve great client satisfaction
  • You will be a motivated self-starter that can also work well in a cohesive team
  • Good hands-on knowledge of SPSS, Q or similar.
