ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for a marketing professional to fill a fixed term contract position of 12 months which has become available due to Maternity Leave. The start date is 3 September 2018 and includes a period of handover. You will be responsible for working within the scope of the existing marketing plan to deliver against the set objectives. You will be assisted by one direct report and will report to the Group Technical & Marketing Manager.
Your accountabilities will include:
- promoting a strong and consistent brand profile to current and prospective clients in New Zealand and Australia
- coordinating sponsorship and events
- website maintenance, performance, SEO, content management and social media
- creating, editing and publishing blog, market updates and staff newsletters
- creating and maintaining marketing literature like sales collateral,
- assisting with the preparation of presentations for tenders and client reviews
- development and qualification of market sector prospect lists
- design agency and stakeholder liaison
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role you must have:
- experience as a marketing professional in a B2B environment
- university level qualifications
- the ability to understand technical concepts
- superior attention to detail
- self-motivation, a sense of urgency and be highly organised
- excellent written communication skills
