Our Client are a 'start-up' brand within a bigger corporate structure in the Technology sector.  With an already well established team, their next step is to bring on board a savvy and proactive Marketing professional to work closely with the CEO to facilitate the planning, development, execution, tracking and reporting of marketing programs.

In this busy role, following initial guidance and training to the specifics of the role purpose, you will be relied upon to establish, maintain and manage the necessary processes, infrastructure and tools to support the development and tracking of marketing activities.  

With the initial main purpose being to create brand awareness via social media and email campaigns, experience in these areas is crucial.  Further to this, responsibilities will include:-

• Supporting, managing and maintaining the marketing/campaign plan & calendar
• Analysing results of marketing activities, ensuring the effectiveness and accountability of marketing capaigns, reporting on performance
• Supporting and running adhoc marketing projects as required
• Building brochures (with content guidance)
• Developing and driving strategy to acquire new customers
• Creating and executing email campaigns
• Updating website images & content
• Events coordination
• Working closely with National sales teams to ensure activities are aligned and that insights are being pushed into the business for improved customer experiences
• Building relationships across the business (internal and external partners) for improved business results
• Proactively gain knowledge of company's products and services and those of its competitors and relay findings to relevant stakeholders

Essential criteria for this role includes a minimum of 3 years experience in a B2B environment where creating brand awareness via email campaigns, social media, website and other digital platforms was a key focus of your role.  You will have proven success in marketing roles with demonstrated ability to plan to achieve priority outcomes and exercise sound judgement to contribute valuable and innovative ideas to the initiatives and products being developed.  Furthermore, you will have strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships, influence and negotiate in a changing/growing business environment.  Highly developed written communication skills are fundamental.

Working knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite and Wordpress is required and any prior use of Marketing Automation Software will be highly regarded.
