Higher Solution Specialists is a privately-owned company that has built a strong reputation amongst all our clients as being a quality luxury recruitment provider. Currently we are seeking experienced Marketing Manager to join an outstanding legal practice in Perth.
Reporting to the Practice Manager, responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Prepare & manage marketing strategic plans
- Manage Marketing & Events team
- Meet marketing financial objectives by forecasting requirements.
- Producing innovative & cost-effective promotions
- Manage mobile apps, website & social media projects
- Liaise with various external agencies, stakeholders & Law Firms
- Manage the publicity & funding of marketing projects.
- Manage the production of marketing materials from concept phase through to production
- Oversee all advertising, publicity & brand management for the firm
- Assist team with Business Development plans & how to execute BD plans
- Carry out market research & customer surveys to assess market trends, customer demands & future product offerings.
- Develop & execute in-house & external events for the firm
Key Skills & responsibilities for this role:
- Marketing certificate, diploma or degree followed by a minimum of five years of professional services in marketing & communications leadership role.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of developing, maintaining & implementing marketing strategies & supporting tactics to meet organisational objectives.
- Strong understanding of customer & market dynamics & requirements.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing & SEO concepts
- Proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising & promotional staff
- Strong team management & leadership skills.
- Maintain & develop strong relationships with a diverse range of clients, stakeholders & authorities.
