It's an exciting time here at BlueRock! We’re on the hunt for a super savvy content producer who is equally creative and conscientious. Reporting directly to the Director of Content within our Digital team, you’ll be responsible for creating great content for our many clients and awesome BlueRock community.

Key Duties & Responsibilities (including but not limited to): 

• Curating and creating engaging digital content, including optimised web copy, blogs, digital articles, EDMs, social media and other collateral for a variety of clients and industries 
• Producing interactive content, such as GIFs and videos 
• Creating and managing digital content that aligns with client content strategies and goals 
• Uploading content to client CMS, incorporating HTML mark-up and SEO 
• Scheduling content, social and email campaigns to align with client content strategies 
• Creating and scheduling social posts to promote articles and marketing campaigns 
• Editing and proofreading 
• Ad hoc project management tasks, process development and client liaison

Who we are looking for: 
Key Selection Criteria 

• Tertiary qualifications in marketing, professional writing, communications or a relevant field 
• 3+ years experience in copywriting and content production 
• Flair for creative writing and ‘outside the box’ approaches to ideation 
• Proofreading skills and acute attention to detail 
• Ability to project manage multiple jobs at once and meet tight production deadlines 
• Ability to write creative and engaging content for a variety of platforms including websites, social media, and email campaigns 
• Basic knowledge/understanding of HTML and CSS 
• Understanding of, and ability to improve, SEO standards (image optimisation, headings, keyword-placing, Yoast etc) 
• Experience using Squarespace, WordPress and similar platforms 
• Ability to implement on-page SEO 

Further desirable criteria: 

• SEO experience, which may include schema markup 
• Understanding of analytics metrics (page views, bounce rate, exit rate) 
• Experience in digital content tools such as Buffer, Sprout Social, BuzzSumo, SEM Rush, Hootsuite etc 
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) 
• Interest in the world of entrepreneurship 
• An eye for design and video production
