We are now seeking a highly motivated and well experienced Technical and Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. This is a highly varied and challenging role in a fast paced environment where there is opportunity to really make a difference.
Directly reporting to the Marketing Manager, your duties will include:
- Developing overall technical product communication and activity to support the objectives and meet KPI;
- Maintaining strategic relationship with company key technical media along with growing and managing the company social media communities;
- Keeping abreast of market conditions and developments and study competitors' products and services;
- Building up detailed knowledge about the company’s products and handling product and technical queries from media and customers quickly, efficiently and accurately;
- Creating marketing literature, manage responses to marketing campaigns and monitor social networks for potential opportunities and threats;
- Refreshing content of social platforms and video sharing sites regularly and ensuring they are portraying the right message;
- Performing administrative tasks including report writing, results monitoring and others.
The applicant must possess the following experience and skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, digital media or the computer/technology industry;
- Possess good written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a team environment;
- Solid knowledge of social media marketing concepts and social media dashboards along with technical knowledge of PC and computing devices;
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator, will be highly regarded;
