Our client, a large organisation, currently require an experienced Communications manager to join their team on an initial 3 month contract (possible extensions and permanency). The role is located in Sydney and will be paying approximately $70 per hour plus super.
The Role:
While the role is primarily external communications, from time to time you will also be involved in delivering internal communications. The client is looking for an experienced communications professional who has experience working for either government or non for profit organisations. You will be part of a high performing communications team that delivers a diverse range of communications services to support the strategic and divisional plans of the business.
Essential Requirements:
· Extensive experience working in similar roles.
· Experience working for a government or non for profit organisation.
· Must have strong understanding of various digital channels and have excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
· Experience writing press releases and working with the media.
· Experience developing and implementing communication tools to target specific audiences.
