Big Wave Digital is thrilled to be working with this growing and dynamic Australian online retail business, as a phase 2 start up, they have now grown into UK markets and offer awesome services and a welcoming community across health, lifestyle and fitness. We are delighted to be on the search for their newest marketing recruit, CRM and Email Manager to work, across the companies leading brand. 

Reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager, your role will lead the email strategy, including customer journey, segmentation, loyalty and push notifications.  You will be implementing and executing acquisition and retention offers and establishing best practice for all marketing automation.

The position will require you to have at least 3 years’ experience driving an email marketing and CRM function. You’ll need expert skills implementing marketing and sales campaign via email channels, and ideally used Salesforce, Marketo or similar. This is an analytical position, looking for a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  
Some of your daily requirements will be:

• Establish best practices for automations
• Continually test and learn across email and journey to ensure you are maximising exposure, connections, conversions with customers
• Report regularly on performance of campaigns
• Provide strategy for new campaigns across new audiences
• Increase deliverability, conversion and retention via EDM communications
• Increase sales, retention and traffic via EDM's
• Create and manage journey from nurture, warm lead, retention, churn prevention, abandon-cart and more
