Manager Customer Insights | Brisbane & Japan

• Permanent position
• Brisbane based for 3-6 months and then relocate permanently to Tokyo, Japan

This is an incredibly special opportunity for a Japanese speaking Marketing Specialist to join this internationally based organisation, first in Brisbane & then in Tokyo, setting up and running their Japan based Marketing & Insights function.

This is a newly created role, and you will have the chance to carve out the role as well as build a team around you to support this huge organisations strategic vision for the next 3-5 years and beyond.

As the suitable candidate for this role, you will possess the following skills & experience:

• Prior experience leading a high performing team in a marketing based function
• Proven experience in a commercial analyst role or similar position
• Ability to think strategically and analytically, analysing business performance to identify drivers & detractors of performance
• Use of statistics to measure the impact of marketing activities on customer behaviour
• Advanced use of PowerPoint and Excel 
• Bachelor, Master, or PhD in a quantitative field desirable 

Fluent English and Japanese is required for this role.
