About the company
Noni B Group is a large national retailer with approximately 1400 plus stores consisting of 9 successful apparel brands which include Noni B, Rockmans, beme, W.Lane ,Millers, Autograph, Rivers, Katie's and Crossroads.
This is an exciting time for Ecommerce and digital at Noni B group - we have ambitious growth plans and we're growing the team to support those plans.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be fully responsible for online marketing activities ensuring all marketing content is relevant and up to date. You will own delivery of the site traffic KPI.
Duties
- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop appropriate digital strategies
- Create and manage the digital marketing calendar
- Develop campaigns across the full digital marketing mix and provide regular analysis and identify customer trends
- Ensure the delivery of electronic direct mail & SMS to correct brand recipients on time and in line with brand guidelines and marketing strategies
- Work with influencers, bloggers, affiliates and photographers to create engaging online content
- Drive online traffic to the brand website to maximise online sales across the eCommerce channel
- Ensure 100% commitment to brand quality and guidelines

Skills & Experience
- 18 months + experience in a similar role - ideally within an agency, or an brand with multiple projects
- The ability to think outside the box
- Experience in Google Analytics - ability to set up and monitor campaigns
- Experience in HTML, BOOT Strap, CSS, SEO, SEM, affiliate marketing
- Strong organisation skills and can demonstrate ability to prioritize work
- Self motivated and can work independently
