A dynamic role where you hold the cards
You will bring energy, enthusiasm & drive to become an integral part of our Marketing team. Partnering with venue management and group marketing you will establish promotional campaigns to drive customer visitation resulting in delivery of thrilling customer experience; focusing on the casual dining portfolio. You will be responsible for holding influence across a diverse stakeholder group, managing budgets and will add your creative vision and exceptional business acumen in a fast paced and exciting environment to develop marketing strategies that will impact growth, visibility, reputation and relevance across our bars and restaurants.
It’s likely you are a real foodie at heart and enjoy F&B and keeping up to date with the restaurant industry as this interest and passion for food will help see success in this role.
Capabilities you will bring
While there are no direct reports to this role, we seek a candidate that has strong stakeholder management skills and is comfortable with autonomy, is deadline driven, excels in presentation and communications and can successfully manage multiple campaigns and projects. Tertiary qualifications in Marketing (or equivalent) and/ or hospitality industry will be highly desired. Proven experience working within the restaurant/casual dining industry will be highly desired.
The Star is a busy and complex environment and this position will require you to have at least 5 years proven experience in a similar field with campaign and brand development in a high-volume hotel/hospitality or related industry.
