About the role:

Working closely with the Group Marketing Manager and SEO specialist, you will be responsible for developing the SteelX group integrated digital marketing strategy. This will include:

  • Planning and executing all paid digital marketing initiatives (AdWords, Facebook, digital ad partnerships, digital media buying).
  • Conducting quarterly website analytics reviews to ensure accurate reporting against KPIs.
  • Creating a systematic approach to digital marketing across the group.
  • Creating training and education tools for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conducting review sessions with external stakeholders and internal brand representatives to identify and execute new opportunities.
  • Website content development and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
  • Management of multiple Facebook business manager and Ad accounts. Power Editor and scheduling tool (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc) experience essential.
  • Management of multiple Google AdWords client accounts and MCCs. Experience with AdWords Editor or API essential.
  • High level analysis of all digital interactions. Depth of experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console required
  • Google Plus and Google My Business management.

 

The Steelx group marketing team is structured like a small digital or creative agency. This role requires someone who has incredible depth of knowledge in digital marketing with an emphasis on paid media strategy and hands-on experience. This structure allows us to share best practices, challenge strategies, and elevate performance across the team.

 

The Digital Marketing Specialist will provide support to the internal Marketing Executives and Business Managers who are responsible for the success of the individual brands. In this role, you will provide leadership in the digital space with a focus on educating the wider team and rallying support for various campaigns and initiatives.

Required skills:

 

  • 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing role - ideally with a digital or creative agency, or relevant experience working across multiple client accounts.
  • Digital ad / creative experience – ideation, concept development, campaign creation, storytelling, etc. The ability to pitch ideas with influence will be highly regarded.
  • Experience with Google AdWords Editor or API essential.
  • Facebook business manager and Ad account experience.
  • Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
