Marketing Manager

We are looking for an energetic and multi-skilled marketing professional to perform the following duties:

Implement marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analysing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organising promotional presentations for Francom Group and Francom Group Clients.
Create lead generation for our various groups and generic leads especially targeted to franchising and looking at buying a franchise/business.
Develop franchisor information kit, manuals and initial marketing materials.
Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising ROI.
Have an innovative and artistic flair- create high quality and attractive marketing material that we can provide to our clients
Be able to use graphic design software to create CI (corporate identity) guides for Francom Group and Francom Clients.
Must have experience around creating, updating and improving Francom Group and Francom Clients website.
Must have experience around search engine optimisation of Francom Group and Francom Client websites.
