The Role

We are on the hunt for a motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. In this health and fitness-focused role, you’ll be working alongside a team of marketers, designers, web & content experts, along with our digital agency to execute our national digital strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing campaigns across our Paid Social channels for multiple health and fitness business lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the implementation of the digital strategy across channels; with a core focus on paid social campaigns and SEM.
  • Manage the tracking, analysis, optimisation and reporting against digital objective KPI’s
  • Work with our creative and content stakeholders to develop engaging and effective creative
  • Conduct regular research and ad-hoc data analysis to identify new opportunities and campaign ideas
  • Meet and exceed goals cost of advertising and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external agencies
  • Bring new ideas and best practice in digital marketing and digital platforms through continuous research on trends and developments.

The ideal candidate: You'll also have:

To be successful, you'll have a passion for the digital space, an analytical mind, and be creative. You will make data-driven decisions and be confident working towards aggressive performance targets.

  • A passion for the health and fitness industry
  • Minimum of 2+ years industry experience in a Digital Marketing role
  • Experience in end to end digital campaign management, particularly managing paid social campaigns
  • Experience in Facebook Ad Manager, running and tracking A/B experiments
  • Experience in content development and copywriting
  • Understanding of latest trends and best practice in digital marketing
  • Strong project management, analytical and reporting skills

You'll draw on your previous experience to conceive and create campaigns that convert traffic to customers.

Also, you will create and communicate reports that analyse the development, placement, and overall effectiveness of Paid Channels.

You will design and implement strategies that are aimed at generating customer leads and ultimately maximise return on investment.
