The Bond & Associates is seeking an experienced Stakeholder Engagement Project Director to lead our work in Victoria.
Project Director Role

Victorian practice lead working to The Bond & Associates' National Director.

Stakeholder engagement strategies and implementation.

Client management and project leadership.

Facilitation: community consultation activities, public forums, events, on-line engagement.

New business development.
Skills and experience
- Tertiary qualifications.
- At least 5 years' experience in stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated experience in building stakeholder relationships that contributed to project success.
- High level communication and facilitation skills.
- Leadership skills and ability to work independently and develop new business opportunities in Victoria.
- Team player that enjoys working across a large business and leading or working within multifaceted teams.
- Experience working within or for governments, or within or for infrastructure companies will be an advantage.
- IAP2 Certificate is desirable.
