A Global FMCG organisation is looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Executive to join the digital team that sits across two of the largest consumer brands in Australia. With 46 offices worldwide international opportunities are also available for future progression as well as within Australia.

 

You will manage and drive forward the brands digital owned channels focused on leveraging CRM system capabilities, Email Automation, Multi-Channel Database Marketing, Acquisition and Retention, and Data Integration as part of the Data, Analytics and Insights team.

 

CRM Technical

  • Leverage the system capabilities of Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Service Cloud integration and set up the CRM program linked to KPIs.
  • CRM/Email Marketing technical data structure, email automation, customer journeys, data integration working with local digital agencies and 3rd parties (Germany/Poland), including website, 3rd party API, Salesforce.

 

CRM Management & Setup

  • Contribute to the overall CRM strategy and implementation of CRM program, management and reporting for the brand.
  • Manage set-up and implementation of CRM program initiatives to support the wider business.
  • Manage and implement annual calendar, content, promotions, sampling, offers, and product reviews aligned with CRM, brand, and product objectives, digital sales & customer marketing.
  • Manage email & social media program, coordinate copy & design with local agencies, approvals, use of data attributes for segmentation and content personalization across digital touch-points.

 

Digitalisation/Trends/New Ideas

  • Identify best practice and new ideas in eCRM, database marketing (email/social/mobile), data integration and digital platforms to educate the Data, Analytics & Insights team and broader business.
  • Increase cross-functional & global information sharing and CRM understanding across the business.
  • Continuous research on trends and developments, and monitor competitors in the digital space.

 

General Digital Duties

  • Day to day digital agency management across areas of responsibility
  • Work with Digital & Media agencies for best practice implementation, reporting and optimisation.
  • Keep updated and strongly adhere to Australian and New Zealand laws and regulations with regard to Consumer Privacy and Database Marketing, in collaboration with the Digital Marketing & PR Manager.



This would suit a data focused individual who's had experience across CRM and Digital in their career to date and is looking to expand their knowledge further.
